The abstract should be written following the one (1) page format of the provided Abstract template. Once you have finished editing this document, please upload it following the provided instructions and guidelines.
To submit your abstract online, you must log in to your account - register for the IRT event - and then click on Submit Abstracts under the My Events heading. You must be an IS3NA member and registered for the event prior to submitting your abstract for consideration.
The Presenting Author should be the primary contact or Corresponding Author.
All abstracts must be submitted online following the template format below no later than 11:59PM Eastern Time on April 30, 2012. No changes can be made to abstract content or authors after the submission deadline.
You may edit your abstract following online submission. Simply go to the "Dashboard", where you will see a "My Events" tab. Once there, you can delete and resubmit alternate versions of the Abstract but no later than 11:59PM Eastern Time on April 30, 2012.
The Presenting Author should be the primary contact or Corresponding Author.
Each Presenting Author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts, but may be included as coauthor on other additional abstracts.
Faxed, emailed or mailed abstracts are NOT acceptable.
Notification of acceptance or rejection and all future correspondence will be emailed to the presenter by May 31, 2012. All accepted abstracts will be published in the electronic program book (available only online).
