IS3NA XX IRT Poster Abstracts

Abstract Submission is Currently Closed

Abstract submission is now closed.  The conference venue has ample space to allow all posters to be viewed throughout the conference, with two dedicated poster sessions scheduled on August 6 and 7.  Snacks and beverages will be offered during the official poster sessions (see program). The organizing committee have selected 15 of the submitted posters and invited the authors to present their research as an oral presentation.  

For those presenting posters, please note that the maximum display area for your poster is:
     Imperial      42" wide x 45" high
     Metric          1060 mm wide x 1140 mm high
and the fixing is by male Velcro or pins.    Please ensure that your poster does not exceed these dimensions.

The abstract should be written following the one (1) page format of the provided Abstract template.  Once you have finished editing this document, please upload it following the provided instructions and guidelines.
To submit your abstract online, you must register for the IRT event. When you have registered, please log in to your account, select My Events, and select Submit Abstract. Then follow the instructions on screen.
The Presenting Author should be the primary contact or Corresponding Author.
All abstracts must be submitted online following the template format below no later than 11:59PM Eastern Time on the date of the submission deadline.   No changes can be made to abstract content or authors after the submission deadline.
You may edit your abstract following online submission. Simply go to the "Dashboard", where you will see a "My Events" tab. Once there, you can delete and resubmit alternate versions of the Abstract but no later than 11:59PM Eastern Time on the date of the submission deadline.
The Presenting Author should be the primary contact or Corresponding Author.
Each Presenting Author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts, but may be included as coauthor on other additional abstracts.
Faxed, emailed or mailed abstracts are NOT acceptable. 
Notification of acceptance or rejection and all future correspondence will be emailed to the presenter by June 14, 2012. All accepted abstracts will be published in the electronic program book (available only online).
