Registration Information & Important Dates

How to register, by when and for how much.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite you to the XX International Roundtable of Nucleosides, Nucleotides and Nucleic Acids to be held in Montreal, Canada, August 5-9, 2012. The below information summarizes registration costs and dates, and also references costs associated with guests and the banquet dinner. During the registration process you will be able to add both a guest and the banquet as optional costs. If you require more specific assistance with group discounts and group table reservations please contact the Secretariat.

You can register online at http://www.is3na.org using your credit or debit card via PayPal (fees will be collected in Canadian Dollars). Online registrations are encouraged, especially if you are also considering being a poster and submitting an abstract for consideration. Alternatively, you may register the good old fashioned way, simply complete the offline registration form (click here) and return to the event secretariat, the registration fees in this cases will be paid via bank transfer and/or cheque payment.

Important Notes:

Any payments not made by card should:

  • be received by 14th May to qualify for early-bird rates
  • be for the full amount of the invoice, i.e. the sender must meet all bank charges
  • be in Canadian Dollars only.

Early Bird Rates & Other Fees:

  • Early-bird rates apply for registration fee payments received by 14th May
  • The Banquet Fee is CAN $65 for all cases.
  • Accompanying person (guest) fee is CAN $100 before 15th May, and includes reception and lunches.
  • The banquet and/or scientific program/sessions are not included in the Accompanying Person or Guest fee.
